I have a few questions about the PvP only characters and was wondering if you guys could explain some thing to me. Are the characters that you would create for pvp only just as powerful as a RP character that went through the game and is now lvl 20? By powerful, I mean same basic amount of hit point, mana etc.

Also, what about armor? Is the armor you have to select from the "top" quality armor? Same with weapons. I have noticed the to the right of the screen when coosing a weapon and whatknot, there seems to be another menu with other named weapons, but I cant select them.

Another question about the armor, is those (what you have to choose from for pvp only characters) the only graphics for the armor? Is there better quality/ different graphics armor out the that you can egt for RP characters only?

One last thing, besides from the skill factor from going from lvl 1-20 with a RP character and knowing how to player your class well. Will a group of RP characters generally rip through a group of PvP only characters, or is it anyones game? Thanks for any info!

you unlock
skills
armor upgrades
weapon upgrades
by using your RP character
so yes a pvp with a bunch of unlocked skills and runes for armor and upgraded weapons will walk over a equal pvp character who cant be bothered to do a bit of pve for skills etc

I'd like to add a question here as well instead of making a new thread. When you first start the game you have 2 options. RP and PVP. So by playing RP you unlock "stuff" that you can use when you choose the PVP option. Am I getting that right? If this is all good how does one PVP in the RP option? Can you PVP in the RP option? If so where do you do this? I'm going to assume post-searing. But please correct me if wrong.

If I understand what you are saying, then you are correct. You can PVP with a RP character. What goes on is, you make an RP character and you advance it through the game. In some cities there are arenas where you can pvp, but it most cities there isn't. As you progress through the game and get to different cities different PVP areas will be unlocked so you can play in them. However, you cannot enter the Ascalon PVP arena at level 20 because you woudl run over the other players. Once you hit level 20 there are a lot of PVP areas for you to go to on your RP character as long as you have 'found' them.

With a PVP character, the only way you can get more skills and better armor is by using your RP character and unlocking them, or finding the items/skills in game.
